The induction metal melting furnace is a fast tilting type induction furnace for melting various metals such as steel, iron, copper, silver, aluminum, zinc, lead, etc. The electric induction tilting melting furnace requires a small floor area, and is very convenient in operation. 3. Main Features
3.1 The induction metal melting furnace adopts IGBT power device and unique frequency conversion technology to operate stably and provide higher reliability and durability. It has the function of constant current and constant power control, which greatly optimizes the metal heating process, realizes efficient and fast heating, and gives full play to the advantages of the product. Under the same conditions, it has twice the power saving than the traditional SCR medium frequency. With 100% load design, it can work continuously for 24 hours and improve heating quality. The metal melting furnace has alarm function and fault detection function, such as fault state protection and display including overcurrent, overvoltage and water shortage, etc.
3.2 The main power devices of the induction melting furnace are all German Siemens brands, and the main electronic components are imported products (Motorola (diode), NEC (triode), ST (three terminal voltage regulator), FAIRCHILD, ON etc., which make them work stably and have higher reliability and durability.
