Application
The electric ladle preheater is used to preheat the aluminum ladle. The heating cover can be moved up or down. When the aluminum ladle moves into the preheater, the heating cover is moved down to preheat the aluminum ladle.
Our company has both gas fired and electric type ladle preheaters. In addtion we have the full range melting furnaces, transfer ladles, and degassing and refining equipment.

4. Electric Ladle Preheater Composition
4.1 The overall structure of ladle preheating system is a welding of sectional steel and steel plate.
4.2 The burner device is moved together with the preheating cover up or down.
4.3 The preheating cover of the electric ladle preheater has the following movements:
a) the heating cover moves up and down;
b) aluminum ladle is put inside the ladle preheater (lifted by the crane);
4.4 other points
a) The instrument control cabinet: wall-mounted type and single door, 1 set;
b) The ladle tray is set with a ladle limit position block. The position of this block is decided on-site.
c) All piping shall indicate the direction of flow of the fluid.
5.Supply Scope
5.1 Preheating device, 1set;
5.2 Electric heating device, 1set;
5.3 Control device, 1set;
5.4 Secondary electrical wire, 1 set;
5.5 The wire from the power instrument control cabinet within 3 meters of the furnace side to each instrument will be provided by supplier. For this please confirm the wiring path in advance.
