1. aluminum alloy pool type gas holding furnace
Pool type gas aluminum holding furnace is mainly suitable for heat preservation
of non-ferrous metal solution, which can be used in die casting machine,
centrifugal casting, gravity casting, precision casting and other processes.
The product consists of furnace body, burning system and electrical control
system.A flat flame combustion system is installed on the top of the furnace body,
which directly radiates the aluminum alloy liquid level in the molten pool,
with high thermal efficiency and convenient maintenance, cleaning and movement.
The gas pool type aluminum holding furnace is a kind of aluminum alloy
holding furnace which can carry out heat recovery and limit the pursuit
of energy saving.High quality imported flat flame burner is adopted, with
large flame radiation area and high thermal efficiency. The temperature of
aluminum liquid can be controlled within ± 3 ℃, and the oxygen content in
the furnace atmosphere is less than 5%, which can effectively prevent the
generation of oxide in the furnace. Due to its unique thermal insulation structure,
it can effectively reduce the surface heat dissipation, reduce the surrounding
temperature and improve the thermal efficiency.
The furnace lining is made of high-strength non stick aluminum refractory
castable (Allied Mineral), with a service life of more than 5 years (three-year warranty).
Adopt special combustion system and combustion supporting fan to realize
low noise work.
3. furnace structure
3.1 steel structure:
The furnace shell is made of steel plate and section steel and the material
around the furnace door is cast iron.The whole furnace has lifting function,
which is convenient for matching with the equipment.
3.2 Lining composition:
The part of the molten pool is made of silicon carbide nitride brick, which
has the characteristics of high strength, non stick aluminum, long service
life, etc.Heat preservation nano insulation layer shall be used at the top and
upper end of furnace wall. The temperature rise of furnace wall is less than 25 ℃.
3.3 Combustion system:
3.3.1The imported gas burner is selected. The operation and maintenance
are simple and the service life is long. At the same time, it has temperature
control, automatic ignition and flame eye monitoring. When the set temperature
is reached, the burner stops burning. When the temperature in the furnace is
lower than the set temperature limit, the burner enters the combustion port to
ignite and burn automatically. After the operation preparation of the aluminum
holding furnace is completed, the air blowing is carried out first. When the
flame is detected by the flame detection rod, the burner will automatically
and gradually enter the high combustion state. Meanwhile, the flame detection
rod always monitors the combustion state of the burner.
3.3.2 The safety system of the holding furnace can cut off the main burner
and ignition burner immediately and cut off the fuel supply in case of incomplete
combustion or extinction of the burner. The interlock device is set between the
pressure switches of the fuel and combustion air pipelines, so that the shut-off
valve of the fuel supply can be closed through the response of the interlock
device in case of any abnormal combustion conditions.According to the temperature
of the aluminum liquid in the holding furnace, the temperature control is to
automatically adjust the rotation speed of the combustion fan through the
frequency converter of the combustion fan, so as to adjust the combustion
quantity of the burner. The method is PID regulation.Set the upper temperature
limit by heating the atmosphere temperature in the cover to control the atmosphere temperature.

When the preparation of the furnace is finished, first use the blower to
purge the furnace after the switch is turned on, set the control temperature,
at the same time, turn on the solenoid valve of the gas pipeline, inject the
gas into the furnace, and ignite automatically.
