UltraGenizer-30K, Suitable for Larger Flow Rate Requirements

The UltraGenizer is a ultra-high-pressure homogenizer and cell disruptor suitable for larger flow rate requirements. The maximum pressure of the UltraGenizer is up to 60,000 psi. The UltraGenizer single pump system is smart and simple to operate, including a diamond interaction chamber to disrupt the cell and reduce the particle size. Regarding the sample cooling unit, a 316L stainless heat exchanger can be installed in the system to achieve real-time cooling on the samples. Additionally, the Genizer PLC touch screen creates a simple user interface for operators, including the access to the auto-stop setup (set time, cycles numbers, and pressure). All parts touching with medium are 316L stainless steel, 17-4ph stainless steel, titanium alloy, tungsten carbide, PTFE, UHMWPE or other corrosion resistance materials.
